Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle è stato annunciato alcune settimane fa da Koei Tecmo per l’action game già disponibile dallo scorso anno su PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 e Xbox One.
Disponibile dal prossimo 5 luglio, sia come DLC a pagamento che come gioco completo, Final Battle porterà al suo interno tutti i contenuti provenienti dalla terza stagione di Shingeki no Kyojin confermando, purtroppo, che non potremo seguire i fatti utilizzando un protagonista originale come avvenuto per il gioco base.
Verranno inclusi anche altri elementi che riportiamo di seguito tra cui la possibilità di utilizzare l’Attrezzatura per la Manovra Tridimensionale Anti-Umani, il nuovo Original Corps e molto altro ancora:
– The reason they made the new content as an update to Attack on Titan 2 is because Season 3 of the anime lacks the volume to be a game of its own
– Story Mode won’t have an original protagonist
– There will be carryover saves from the previous game
– The “Anti-Personnel ODM” is an equipment that is capable of shooting
– There’s a scene in which you play as Zeke Yeager
– New element called Original Corps where you can use an original protagonist
– Season 3’s episodes in the game will come with a fixed difficulty
– Unclear whether it leans towards more difficult or easy
– Can use characters you’ve raised from other modes as well
– New shooting gear targets nearby objects and locks-on
– That means if you want to aim for the foot of a Titan you’ll need to be closer to its foot, and you’ll need to hook your way up to reach its nape
– The developers heard that it is a little difficult to use, but they say it should be fine as long as you think about positioning
– Shooting the weapon is done by pressing R2 and you can land critical hits when pressed at the right timing
– Can perform a Hook Drive
– The Thunder Spear will be available in Showdown Mode (excluding online)
– There will also be a Gatling gun
– In Territory Recovery Mode, you can select and use your own original protagonist
– Can see moments such as a conversation between Zeke and Levi that wasn’t shown in the anime, and such
– Players will also get to play the previous work in online mode
