Finalmente abbiamo una data d’uscita per il primissimo episodio di Batman: A Telltale Series, avventura realizzata da Talltale Games e ispirata alle gesta del Cavaliere Oscuro. Lo sviluppatore, tramite il proprio sito ufficiale, ha rivelato che durante il mese di agosto il primissimo capitolo di questo gioco dedicato a Batman farà il suo debutto su PlayStation 4, PC, PlayStation 3, Mac, Xbox 360, Android, Xbox One e iOS.
Inoltre, per coloro che sono intenzionati ad avere Batman: A Telltale Series in formato fisico potranno farlo a partire dal prossimo 16 settembre. All’interno della confezione troveranno uno speciale Season Pass Disc che includerà tutti e cinque gli episodi della stagione di cui solo uno già giocabile, gli altri saranno disponibili solo dopo un download:
BATMAN – The Telltale Series will be making its worldwide debut as a digital download with its first episode in August on consoles, PC/Mac, and iOS or Android based devices. The series will be available to purchase at retailers starting September 13th in North America as a special Season Pass Disc, which will include the first of five episodes in the season, and will grant access to the subsequent four episodes as they become available for download via online updates. The series will then be available to purchase at retailers across Europe on September 16th.

On the night of Saturday, July 23rd, you can be among the VERY FIRST to experience the premiere episode of BATMAN – The Telltale Series at a special crowd play event on the big screen ahead of public launch! Join Troy Baker (voice of Bruce Wayne) and host Greg Miller (Kinda Funny) along with some of the Telltale team for an evening full of fun, excitement, and perhaps even some giveaways as the crowd will be encouraged to shout and direct the choices on-screen.
