Theatrhythm è una serie di rhythm games che al momento ha toccato i franchise Final Fantasy e Dragon Quest, con quest’ultimo che al momento resta un’esclusiva del mercato nipponico. Per quanto riguarda i due capitoli dedicati a Final Fantasy, invece, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di testarli con mano e apprezzato la loro bontà su Nintendo 3DS.
Il producer della serie Theatrhythm, Ichiro Hazama, è stato raggiunto dai microfoni di Nintendo Dream dove ha rivelato che è interessato a continuare con la produzione di nuovi capitoli.
“This is Hazama from Square Enix. Last year at this place, I said ‘we’ll keep continuing Theatrhythm from hereafter too!’. Well then, I wonder how about next year[‘s continuity]. Personally, I still want to continue, and everyday I have been devising various plans. I’m full with a feeling to do something to make it happen, so I’ll be glad if you can wait with anticipation. With that being said, please keep supporting [the series] as usual from hereafter too!”
Naturalmente la nostra speranza è che Theatrhythm Dragon Quest possa giungere presto anche qui in Europa e, magari, in futuro veder realizzare giochi di questo tipo dedicati a Kingdom Hearts o a Star Ocean!
